But what does it actually taste like? Imagine it's May. Shortly after a rain shower, you're taking a walk in the Odenwald forest. The ground is soft beneath your feet, and you feel the previous season's leaves beneath them. Although the ground is lush from the rain, the needles that also cover the ground crack slightly.

A delicate, resinous scent hangs in the air. The spruce trees have just begun to bud. Small, light green tips can be seen at the junctions of the branches. You breathe in and out deeply.

The path you're on takes a curve. The scent of elderflowers announces the bushes from 25 meters away, sweetly complementing the wild scent of the spruce trees.
